Harbor Eye Vision Health – Seacoast Media Group

*2018 Second Street Award – Best Advertiser Campaign Winner

The team at Seacoast Media Group did everything right with this campaign. Harbor Eye Vision Health, a local eye care center, was looking for new potential clients. Utilizing opt-ins and lead-generation questions, this multi-month quiz bundle sent over 1,500 visitors to the Harbor Eye website each month for three months. Harbor Eye also put up a prize of a six month supply of Revitalash for one lucky quiz-taker to encourage participation. GTF Trip To Seattle Giveaway – KRTV-TV

Montana’s Great Falls Airport wanted to promote their direct flights to Seattle and collect feedback from customers. The sweepstakes gained nearly 4,000 entries, and over half of those users opted-in to receive emails from the Great Falls Airport. The client was also able to collect valuable feedback from customers with great lead-generation questions. The contest was so successful the client asked to do a second contest for a trip to Chicago before the first contest was over.

Spring Outdoor Sweepstakes – West Kentucky Star

Capitalizing on the spring season, West Kentucky Stararranged a sweepstakes with Hoyer Outdoor Equipment to give away a prize bundle valued at over $7,000. This generated over $2,000 in revenue for the West Kentucky Star, who was able to secure co-op funds to cover a large portion of the sponsor’s prize package and the cost of promotion. The contest led to more than 156 leads for the advertiser. By following up with the advertiser, West Kentucky Star learned six leads turned into sales for the same package as the giveaway leading to over $40,000 in revenue for Hoyer! With smart opt-in questions and a follow-up email campaign, they were able to continue to drive results even after the campaign was over.

Rescue My Roof – WHAM-TV

WHAM-TV in Rochester, NY hosted a photo contest to drive leads for advertiser Trinity Home Renovations, a local residential contractor, with a prize of $10,000 towards a brand new roof. The contest received 44 entries and 2,700 votes from over 1,000 participants. The winner received 40% vote and turned into a great follow up story for the station.

Let’s Spice It Up! – WJXT-TV

This advertiser-specific ballot let users vote for their favorite FreshJax Spice. The WJXT Morning Show promoted the ballot with a dedicated email to their promotions database, social media posts, and live mentions on-air. Users voted for their favorite of six FreshJax spices. The campaign received over 900 votes and more than 250 opt-ins for the client’s newsletter. FreshJax saw an increase in sales from this campaign and received great product feedback from their customers, and WJXT-TV generated $5,000 in station revenue.

Hear Clearly Giveaway – Savannah Morning News

Inspired by similar campaigns, the Savannah Morning Newspartnered with Coastal ENT Hearing Center to host a sweepstakes for a chance to win a pair of specialty hearing aids (valued at over $5,000.) With 112 entries and 42 hot leads for hearing consultation, this contest drove $72,000 in revenue for the hearing center.
